Ordering & shipping
Everything you need to know before placing your first order — written plainly, because surprises at delivery are what damage a supply relationship.
No per-item minimum
Order a single piece of anything. The only threshold is a minimum order value of ₹10,000 across the whole order.
Mix freely
Combine any products across the catalogue. Box quantities are shown for reference but you are not held to them.
Freight billed at actuals
Not included in product prices. Arranged by you or through our regular transporters.
Advance on first order
Credit terms may be extended to established customers after a review of order history.
Placing an order
Browsing the catalogue is open to everyone — specifications, sizes, packing details and minimum quantities are all visible without an account. To see pricing and order online you need an approved business account.
- Request access with your mobile number and business details. We verify and activate, usually within one working day.
- Sign in with that number and the password our team gives you when your account is approved.
- Build your order — browse the catalogue, or use Quick Order to paste a list of SKUs and quantities straight from a spreadsheet.
- Submit. Our team confirms availability, freight and final pricing, then the order moves into production or dispatch.
Minimum order value
Orders start at ₹10,000. That is the only threshold — there is no minimum quantity on any individual product, so you can order one piece of a vase and fifty of a plate on the same order as long as the total clears ₹10,000.
Your cart shows how close you are to the minimum as you build the order, so it is never a surprise at checkout.
Dispatch times
Each product page, and each line in your cart, shows when it is dispatched: In stock, or Made to order – ships in N days, where N is that product's own number of days, counted from the date we confirm your order, not the date you submit it. Nothing is refused for stock: what is not on the shelf is made for you. Custom work is timed when we quote it.
Large orders may be dispatched in parts. If that is not acceptable for your requirement, tell us at the time of ordering.
Packing
Standard packing is corrugated cartons with corrugated dividers between pieces. Heavy and fragile lines — platters, vases, large planters — ship in double-wall cartons with foam protection. Retail ranges can be supplied in retail-ready inner boxes.
Packing is designed for long-distance road transport. If your goods will be handled more than usual — multiple transhipments, or onward export — tell us and we will pack accordingly.
Delivery and transit damage
Risk passes when goods are handed to the transporter. Please inspect cartons before signing the delivery receipt. If there is visible damage, note it on the transporter's documentation at the time of receipt and send us photographs within 48 hours. A claim without a noted delivery receipt cannot be pursued with the transporter, which is why this step matters. Full detail is in our shipping & delivery policy.
Custom and private-label work
We manufacture to specification: custom shapes, glaze colours matched to a brief, printing and decoration, and your own packaging. Custom work carries higher minimum quantities and longer lead times, and is not returnable. Send us your specification and we will quote against it. What can and cannot be returned is set out in our returns, refunds & cancellations policy.
Repeat ordering
Any previous order can be repeated in one click from My Orders. The system rebuilds your cart against the current catalogue and applies current pricing, so you can review before confirming. Products that have since been withdrawn are flagged rather than silently dropped.
